My stepson was illegally arrested by the Arcata Police.
I would like to get any pictures I could to prove that the Arcata Police are out of control.
When I filed my complaint with the Arcata Police Department, Captain Peterson did nothing but whitewash the illegal arrest.
He babbles on that Arcata is a good community and the Arcata Police try not to arrest.
I have a sworn declaration I faxed to the Arcata Police, I still have not had a response to that fax.
